Because you still need a treat!!!It doesn't matter how much money you have you still need a treat don't you?In fact the less you have, the bigger the treat, and the more enjoyment you get out of it ?. I remember to this day the taste of those beautiful Abdul's kebabs as a student, the stubby cheap beers in the garden when you can't afford to go out, and the once-a-month take away when a new mortgage was crippling me. It's no surprise then that affordable treats are one of the big reasons why Whitbread have posted 24% profit increase.Costa coffee have 84 new UK stores this year ? up to a total of 775, serving 10 minutes of feel-good factor in £2 cups!! Combined with the value hotel rooms at Premier Inn (you can still treat yourself to a night out ? just at a cheaper hotel!)?.
