Eazy Speak
Eazytiger Endurance Olympics
It may be heading towards the winter months, and the rain may be coming down… But don't despair! Eazytiger are here to save your working environment in these dark, dingy days. May we present to you the Eazytiger Endurance Olympics! This event utilises the indoor office space you all call work and will entertain everyone around...
Basically it works like this; we set you an event and scores to beat, then you go and compete in your office for Eazytiger Endurance Medals! You write you best time or score as a comment on the blog, and maybe even send in some photos of you competing in an event for us to post on the blog as well!
Now on to the important part... The events! Each week we'll set challenges for you to take part in, they will utilise common office items and test your levels of endurance and stamina to the limits... But hey it beats working, right? The aim being to find which company is seriously the Eazytiger Endurance Champion... but bear in mind we’ll be competing pretty hard to keep our medals!
This week's first event is as follows:
Event 1 - Arm Strength
Requirements
- 2 Bags of Sugar each weighing 1kg (Borrow them from near the kettle!!!)
- Strong Arms

What to Do
This is a great event, mainly because you get to see people pulling ridiculous faces. Simply place a bag of sugar in each hand and lift yours arms out straight, creating a letter 'T' shape with your body...
Now just stand there for as long as you can, but be aware no sagging of the arms is allowed they must remain straight and create a right angle against your body at all times! Still confused about what we mean? Take a look at the picture below of us competing to give you some guidance...
Go on then... off you go and see what you can get. I did the first run and I got 3 minutes and 37.27 seconds, maybe should have got more but Gary made me laugh. Gary scored an 3 minutes 57.24 seconds, but out of nowhere the design team punished our scores with both Simon and Paulian absolutely rampaging past the 4 minute mark! With Paulian's sterling effort just pinching gold from Simon. The final results were as follows:
- 1 - Paulian - 04:20:99
- 2 - Simon - 04:15:45
- 3 - Gary - 03:57:24
- 4 - Tim - 03:48:35
- 5 - Josh - 03:37:27
- 6 - Daniel - 03:32:30
Anyway keep posted for event number 2 next week... and get going trying to beat our times!
Until next time!
