QRBoards use QR codes to send tech-savvy smartphone users to online property listings as soon as they've seen the "for sale" sign. QR codes are blocky little designs which look something like this:
The code is affixed to a property label or sales board so that anyone walking by with a smartphone can quickly scan the code and view the property details. This saves time in addition to acting as a trendy feature which will undoubtedly engage the tech-generation as they browse for properties and first homes.
