Websites for the Weekend Returns!

Ok…So we’ve decided to bring back a feature that disappeared after I went away for a bit. The websites for the weekend is now going to be a regular feature every Thursday for the foreseeable future. What’s it all about? Well it’s simple really, we recommend you some fun, exciting websites to peruse over your weekend and then comment on them on our blog and tell us whether you liked them or not! Oh and the reason why we’ll be publishing them on a Thursday is that it gives you something to read when you get the 4 o’clock blues on Friday’s.

Anyway enough chat, onto the websites!!

The big talking point in the national press this week so there is no surprise that I had to link to this one. It’s the latest social networking website which you can link up to your mobile phone so that people can see exactly where you are and you can upload photos, blogs etc. Though I’m not entirely sure why you would want everyone to know where you are all the time. Either way if that doesn’t interest you, click hybrid map mode on and play find your house using their satellite imagery, then find everyone else in the offices house, then find random places in the world… the list goes on – a great time waster!!!

Apologies if you have already seen this one, but I saw it ages ago and STILL laugh every single time I watch it. So I pretty much had to recommend this! It’s a video on You Tube called Lady Punch, and without giving too much away, there is a lady and a punch involved! Enjoy!

Tim takes the credit for this one, a great little find! The principle behind this website is to conduct research on using a website where you don’t have to click!!! Go on give it a try, see if you can resist clicking. You simply hover over buttons to activate them, and what happens if you do click… well you’ll just have to go and find out! Let us know what you thought of this site by leaving us a comment; I loved it to be honest!

So I go onto our company section today and realize that 2 members of staff both have “The Nouvelle Vague” under listening… Feeling annoyed that I wasn’t cool enough to already know about this band (bear in mind I haven’t been in the country for 6 months) I cruised onto their website. It was pretty cool, and consequently I’m recommending you visit it!

Until Next Week…You Stay Classy!
