Premier Music

Even as a guitar player, I'd heard of Premier, so working on their site was a real pleasure.

Being responsible for such a well known and much loved brand's new site is a daunting one, but we rose admirably to the challenge and delivered a suite of four websites (with another on the horizon - stay tuned).

We needed to show a huge range of products across three drumming disciplines, and each sub-site needed to reflect the uniqueness of that product range.

The content all needed to be fully content manageable, allowing Premier to add new products and edit existing ones, adding videos, technical data or spares information as required - but presenting this wealth of information to the visitor in as uncluttered way as possible.

What made it so successful

Artist section

Premier have a huge range of dedicated fans, and many of those are famous in their own right.

We created a special Artists section so that Premier could manage which artists they wanted to feature, and have as much information about that artist as they liked, whether it was text, image or video content.

Huge photography

We were very lucky in that Premier committed as heavily to this site's success as we did.

They organised brand new photography of their product range and were able to provide very high quality imagery for all of their artists.

When you have such good quality photography, it's a shame to hide it away, so we went big. Full width photography stretches across nearly every page and creates a really strong engagement with the visitor.
